Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all employees, staff and owners of Southeast Asia travel agents and tour operators aged over 18.
2. To enter, you must correctly answer the quiz questions on the Excellence Talk and complete all modules to get the Swiss Travel System Excellence E-Learning Diploma 2024.
3. The closing date for entries is 30 November 2024 at 23.59 pm Zurich time.
4. The prize winners will be randomly chosen from all valid entries received.
5. The winner will be notified in December 2024 via email. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of notification, Swiss Travel System reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to another prize winner.
6. No cash or alternative prizes will be available.
7. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Swiss Travel System, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
8. By entering the prize-draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and consent to the transfer of their personal data to Swiss Travel System acting as Data Controller for the purposes of administration.
