Getting there: Access via Luzern–Interlaken Express from Interlaken Ost via Brünig Pass, hourly. Approximate travel time: 1h 50 min each way.

Getting there: Access via IC with a change in Bern or RE with a change in Spiez; some direct connections to Basel SBB are also available. Approximate travel time: 2h each way.

Getting there: Access via Bern on IC/ICE services to Lausanne, departing every 30 minutes. Approximate travel time: 2h 20 min each way.

Getting there: Access via Spiez–Zweisimmen–Gstaad–Col du Pillon, with the final section by cableway. Luzern–Interlaken Express to Gstaad every two hours, then bus to Col du Pillon. Approximate travel time: 2h 20 min – 2h 35 min each way.

Montreux

Palm-lined lakefront, jazz festival, and Belle Époque charm – Montreux offers pure Riviera flair.
Getting there: Access via IC through Spiez–Visp to Montreux, or by panoramic GoldenPass Express directly to Montreux (every two hours). Approximate travel time: 2h 20 min – 3h 20 min each way.

Maison Cailler

Getting there: Access via hourly train through Bern to Broc-Chocolaterie. Approximate travel time: 2h 30 min each way.

Gruyères

Getting there: Access via train through Sarnen to Alpnachstad for the cogwheel railway, or via train to Luzern, bus to Kriens, and cableway. Approximate travel time: 2h 30 min – 2h 45 min each way.
