Terms & Conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to all employees, staff and owners of Filipino travel agents and tour operators aged over 18.
  2. To enter, you must correctly answer the quiz questions on the Excellence Talk and complete all modules to get the Swiss Travel System Excellence Program Dipoma 2025.
  3. The closing date for entries is 31 December 2025 at 23.59 pm PHST.
  4. The prize winners will be chosen from all valid entries received.
  5. The winner will be notified by Q1 2026 via email. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of notification, Swiss Travel System reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve.
  6. No cash or alternative prizes will be available.
  7. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Swiss Travel System, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
  8. By entering the prize-draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and consent to the transfer of their personal data to Swiss Travel System acting as Data Controller for the purposes of administration.
