Closure of the Albula Line in November 2024

On the Albula line of the Rhaetian Railway (RhB), the section between Thusis and Preda will be closed to rail traffic from 4 to 16 November 2024. Rail replacement buses will operate during this time due to maintenance work in the Toua Tunnel (track reconstruction).  

While this section is closed, rail replacement buses will run between Thusis and Preda. Passengers are advised to check adjusted departure times and stops, which are available in the online timetable.  

The Bernina Express route Chur – Tirano – Chur will operate via Prättigau/Vereina during this closure.
