Online quality survey of our agents
More than half of our partners took part in the online survey and for the most part rated us very positively. Thank you very much for that!
The general cooperation with us and SBB was rated particularly well, but also the cooperation with our account and market managers was perceived as positive almost across the board.
It is interesting to note the differences in the evaluation of the language groups: Generally, our English-speaking partners gave us slightly higher marks than our German-speaking ones.
The answers to the individual questions are also important, e.g. the assessment of our B2B platform. The responses motivate us to improve further and keep raising our quality standards going forward.
By conducting individual interviews with our partner over the next few weeks, we plan to delve into the details in order to provide you with even better support in the future. This is our goal for 2025!
